Agapè’s food bank has been serving area residents since 1971. Open five days a week, the food bank provides free groceries to people in need or in crisis. We hand out over 3000 food items each weekday. Each household is provided with a minimum of 3-5 days worth of food per month. The Agapè Centre serves more than 1600 people each month and 40% are children. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers sort donations, stock the shelves, bag the food and distribute food hampers each weekday.
