Is there anyone available to speak to about starting a food drive?
Yes. Contact the Agapè Centre, and we will be happy to help you out. We can be reached at 613-938-9297 ext. 121.
How do we get the food/money to the Agapè Centre?
Food items and monetary donations can be dropped off at the Agapè Centre during our operating hours. Our dock is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM to accept donations.
If we donate food, can we still get a tax receipt?
If you purchase food with a value of $20 or more you are eligible for a tax receipt. Simply write your name, address and phone number on the back of the receipt (or attach it).
Does the Agapè prefer food donations or monetary donations?
The Agape Centre has immense gratitude for all donations both food and monetary.
Is an Agapè Centre representative available to stop by our event?
